The IS580 series servo drive is specially developed for driving permanent magnet servo motors (PMSM). It can realize high-performance vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motors and is a technical upgrade product of the IS300 series. The drive adopts high-performance vector control technology and is configured to optimize the process action characteristics of the injection molding machine drive process, such as injection speed, pressure maintenance precision control, and stability control when working with the injection molding machine controller. It also has background software monitoring and communication bus functions, supports a variety of encoder types, and has rich and powerful combination functions and stable performance. This product is mainly used in plastic molding, pipe extrusion, shoemaking, rubber, metal die-casting and other industries. Compared with the IS300 series, the oil pressure control performance is further improved, the pressure and speed response is faster, the steady-state pressure fluctuation is smaller, and the volume is smaller.
