For the hydraulic system, inspect the oil quality, pressure, and pipeline connections, removing impurities or replacing the hydraulic oil if necessary. If the issue lies in the mechanical components, focus on checking the wear and clearance of the mold platen, guide rails, and injection unit. After repairs, perform a thorough test run to ensure the machine operates normally and the maintenance is effective.
