1. Personal basic information:
   • Passport information: Provide the information page of a valid passport or other international travel document that can replace a passport. The passport validity period must be not less than 6 months.
   • Personal photo: Usually a recent bareheaded electronic photo with a white background, no border, complete facial features, clear image, no spots, defects, or ink defects, in jpg format, with a size between 40k and 120k bytes, not less than 354 (width) * 472 (height) pixels and not more than 420 (width) * 560 (height) pixels, and 24 true colors.
   • Age information: Prove that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Educational background information:
   • Highest degree (educational background) certificate: Provide the degree certificate of the highest educational background obtained. If the certificate is not in Chinese, it needs to be translated into Chinese and notarized.
   • Transcript (if required): Some positions may require transcripts of relevant study stages to prove academic ability or professional skills learning.
   • Educational experience certificate: Detailed educational experience, including the school attended, major, enrollment time, graduation time, etc., to ensure the continuity of educational background.
3. Work experience information:
   • Work reference letter or recommendation letter: A work reference letter issued by a former employer or relevant unit, stating the start and end time of work, position, job responsibilities, work achievements, etc.; or provide a recommendation letter to evaluate work ability and performance.
   • Labor contract (if any): Previously signed labor contracts can prove the legality and authenticity of work experience.
   • Professional qualification certificate (if any): If the job requires specific professional qualification certificates, such as teacher qualification certificate, doctor qualification certificate, engineer qualification certificate, etc., the corresponding certificates need to be provided.
4. Certificate of no criminal record: Provide a certificate of no criminal record issued by the police, court or other relevant institutions of the nationality country or place of regular residence, and have it notarized and authenticated (according to requirements, authentication by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad may be required).
5. Health certificate: A verification certificate of physical examination records for overseas personnel or a health examination certificate issued by Chinese inspection and quarantine institutions. The issuance time is generally within 6 months.
6. Other relevant information:
   • Information of accompanying family members (if any): If there are accompanying family members, you need to provide the passport (or international travel document) information page of family members, proof of family relationship (such as marriage certificate of spouse, birth certificate or adoption certificate of children, proof of relationship between parents or parents-in-law and the applicant, etc.) and physical examination reports of family members over 18 years old.
   • Personal resume: A detailed personal resume, including personal basic information, educational background, work experience, professional skills, awards, language ability, etc., so that employers can better understand personal circumstances.
   • Application materials: According to the requirements of the recruiting unit, application materials such as a cover letter, research plan (if it is a scientific research position), and portfolio (if it is an art design or other related position) may be required.
