If the diameters of the bottles are similar and the height difference is about 30mm, there is no need to replace the bottle drop chute; only the height needs to be slightly adjusted, which is very convenient to operate. At the exit of the bottle aligning machine, there is a bottle jam detection device to ensure the safe operation of the machine. Through the fault display light and the human-machine operation interface, equipment faults can be detected, and the fault location and solutions can be displayed.

The filling of the bottle is also completed automatically. By holding the bottle mouth and moving upward along the track, the filling valve is automatically opened. The pure water in the liquid cylinder flows down due to its own weight, which is also called atmospheric pressure filling. In the cap mechanism part, the functions of automatic cap picking and capping can be completed. The gravity automatic cap feeding machine conveys the caps to the cap cage through a conveyor belt and automatically completes the screening of the caps to ensure they are placed correctly, achieving automated operation. The caps also need to be disinfected and rinsed. Between the automatic cap feeding machine and the three-in-one filling machine, a fully automatic online cap disinfection tunnel is configured to complete the disinfection, rinsing and drying of the caps.

The fully automatic bottled water production line features a drop bottle device for the finished mineral water after capping, which can stably discharge the bottles and prevent them from falling over. With this drop bottle device, there is no need to adjust the height of the conveyor line when changing bottle types, making the process very convenient. The bottles then proceed to the following processes: light inspection, drying, inkjet coding, labeling, and packaging. Through the white light emitted by the light inspection machine, impurities inside the bottled mineral water can be visually detected by human eyes, and substandard products can be removed. The powerful drying machine is used to dry the surface of the bottles, facilitating the application of self-adhesive labels, otherwise they may not stick firmly. Currently, we generally use laser coding machines, although they are slightly more expensive, they offer clearer coding results, lower consumables, and longer machine service life. In the long run, laser coding machines are recommended.
