3. When the radial drilling machine clips or corrects the workpiece, the radial arm must be moved away from the workpiece and raised, the brake is good, and the working object must be pressed or clamped with the press plate to avoid turning and throwing out the injury.

4, do not put other things on the drilling machine bed, change the drill, fixture and loading and unloading parts must be stopped. With burrs and unclean taper handle, it is not allowed to load the spindle taper hole, loading and unloading drill bits should use wedge iron, it is strictly prohibited to beat with a hand hammer.

5, drill small workpiece, to use a vice, clamp and then drill. Do not stop a rotating drill with your hands.

6, thin plate, large or long workpiece vertical drilling, must be pressed, it is strictly prohibited to use the hand to support the processing, the workpiece drilling through the hole should be reduced pressure slow, to prevent damage to the platform.

7, after the machine is started, it is forbidden to wear gloves to operate, remove the iron filings with a brush, and it is forbidden to blow with the mouth.

8, drilling machine and rocker arm rotation range, do not stack items, should be kept clean.

9. After the work is completed, the power supply should be cut off, the drill should be removed, the headstock must be close to the end, the transverse arm should be lowered to the lower side of the column, and the car should be braked to prevent accidents. At the same time, clean the tools and do a good job of machine maintenance.

What are the precautions of drilling machine

3. Operating Skills. When operating, there are many small points that must be noted. Firstly, no other items should be placed on the bed of the drilling machine. When changing fixtures or loading and unloading workpieces, the drilling machine must be stopped before operation. If the taper shank has burrs or is not clean, it cannot be inserted into the taper hole of the spindle. When loading and unloading drill bits, it is not allowed to strike them with a hand hammer. When drilling small workpieces, do not be careless and hold the drill bit by hand; a bench vise should be used instead. When drilling thin plates or large workpieces, it is not allowed to hold them by hand during processing.

4. Do a good job of maintenance. After using the drilling machine, it is necessary to cut off the power supply in time, remove the drill bit and brake, clean the tools, and do a good job of maintenance to avoid accidents.

3, rough, finishing parts outline to size requirements.
4, cut off parts, the total length of 0.5mm
5, parts turn, clamp 21 outer circle (correction)

三、Note:

1. Make sure that the tool position of the tool installation is consistent with the tool number in the program.
2, carefully check and confirm whether it conforms to the automatic processing mode.
3, flexible use of magnification repair switch.
4. In order to ensure the correct tool, the outer circle and end face of the workpiece should be manually turned before the tool.
5. The length of the machine tool exceeds the limit of 15 mm.
